Disclosure requirements for Gainful Employment (GE) Disclosure pursuant to Federal Regulations 34 CFR 668.412(e) require that postsecondary institutions participating in Gainful Employment programs (Graduate Academic Certificate programs at UNT) make certain disclosures are sent to prospective University of North Texas (UNT) students before the prospective student signs an enrollment agreement, completes registration, or makes a financial commitment to the institution.
