In an ever increasingly challenging and disconnected world it can sometimes seem like everything is going wrong in both the world and in our own lives. This workshop, facilitated by the Director of Counseling and Testing Services Tamara Knapp-Grosz, Ph.D., will focus on new research that demonstrates how incorporating the experience of awe into our lives on a daily basis helps us to not only connect to others but has a restorative process that can be used to combat life stress and improve overall well-being!
