How to Create a Good Poster

It is your poster session. There are 40 posters in your row. Attendees are walking by with glassy eyes. What makes someone stop, examine your poster, and then ask you questions about your research?  There are techniques and tools for making attractive, informative posters. In this workshop we will explore some of these issues and examine examples of the good, the bad, and the downright awful.
