In an effort to keep everyone healthy, the Toulouse Graduate School is here to serve you remotely during our normal business hours.
Limited staff are now available Wednesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the ESSC.
On Saturday, August 8, TGS staff will be virtually available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the week of August 10th, TGS will provide in person services on Wednesday/Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition, during the week of August 10th, TGS will be available virtually Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday/Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We encourage students to utilize our virtual online services as much as possible.

It is never too early to start preparing your written materials if you plan to apply for faculty jobs or other academic positions. In this workshop, we introduce the most common genres requested by search committees, such as job letters, statements of teaching philosophy, and research statements. We will review samples and discuss how you can make your documents successful.
