During this session, Nino will introduce the ways of importing and reading data in different formats (CSV, XLSX, TXT, etc.) and from other statistical platforms (SAS, SPSS, Excel, Stata, etc.). On February 09th, Franklin Lemons will lead the third session titled “Running Statistical Analyses Using R”. The speaker will guide you step by step on how to use R to conduct basic statistical analyses, such as central tendency, hypothesis testing, and regression. The last session, “Lifesaving Tips, Tricks, and Scripts for R”, led by Jaret Hodges, will be on February 16th, including summarizing useful tips, giving experience-based suggestions, and introducing basic scripts used in R.
